Our first aid and CPR classes are compliant with current ECC standards and OSHA guidelines. Every participant practices on their own CPR dummy. We continually add new dates, so check our schedule for current classes. Participants will learn how to recognize a cardiac emergency, act appropriately, and respond with current first aid and CPR protocols. The cost is $35 per person. Participants will receive a 2 year certification card for adult/pediatric/infant CPR and reference materials.

Medical professionals use a different level of training, called “Professional Rescuer” or “Healthcare Provider” CPR. Colorado First Aid usually teaches professional level CPR with the Advanced/Wilderness class and the Emergency Medical Responder class. We can also teach professional level CPR as a separate class.
Many folks think that all CPR changed to “Hands Only”. Not so! Here is why we learn about artificial respiration.
The certification agency is National Safety Council.
Colorado First Aid would like to schedule more classes. Do you want to host a session? To teach the CPR program we need a minimum of two hours and will come to your location.
Note: We prefer this as a one session class…we have observed participants do not learn as well if this class is broken up into multiple sessions. Trust us on this one! Here is a page to ask a question or request a class for your group.
